Medea is a strategic action based on field research, strategic litigation and advocacy aimed at defending the rights of foreign nationals arriving in Italy through internal borders and the Balkan route.
The project focuses its attention on internal national borders with France, Slovenia, Austria, and Greece (in arrivals at Adriatic ports) and also keeps a broad look at external borders along the Balkan route through monitoring actions that result in advocacy and strategic litigation. An essential role of the work focuses on national and international networking actions instrumental to the knowledge of contexts, constant updating and promotion of shared actions.
